The Silver Lining - not so obvious...

So, the craftier-than-I-thought John Roberts just turned the mandate into a tax and simultaneously shot the misuse of the Commerce Clause (since 1946) in the head while sucking the wind out of the liberals sails on "it is a party line supreme court ruling" all the while violently waking up the ENTIRE right. Now it is our turn. Taxes can be repealed in the Senate under reconciliation with just a simple majority. This means 51 seats in the senate kills this monstrosity, and the left can not use the commerce clause to resurrect it - time to get out the vote, and take both the senate and the executive branches back. Put it in High Gear people, we have work to do
